Morning after breakfast leave for Lamayuru, enroute visit to Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, Alchi Gompa, later arrival at Lamayuru, Lamayuru one of the oldest Monastery of Ladakh & enjoy the spectacular Moon like landscape unfold around you as you reach the Lamayuru monastery. Overnight at Lamayuru.
Today will proceed towards Zanskar by Photoksar over Sir Sir la Pass (4850m). You will witness the Zanskar Range as well as our next pass, Singge La Pass (5090m). Later we cross Singgela, the highest pass on this route and reach Lingshed. Continue to drive towards Zanskar by crossing Kilima Bridge and then reach Zangla, if time permits visit Zangla Fort. Evening you will reach Zanskar Padum. Overnight stay at Padum Zanskar.
After breakfast, drive towards Lungna Valley of Zanskar. Reach Khangsar Purney, later visit to Phuktal Gompa, 2 – 3 Hrs of Trek one way. O/N Purney.
Morning after breakfast leave for Sarchu, drive is most beautiful journey from Purne to Sarch by crossing Shinku La (16600 ft) enroute stop over at Gombo Rangjan - Standing tall and barren – this will be YOUR ABSOLUTE FAVORITE mountain in the whole world. One of the most revered and sacred mountains for the Zanskari folk, it stands alone and mighty. With snow-covered mountains as its backdrop, and the river flowing through a meadow nearby, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more heavenly place in the world. Stop over for a Tea Break, later a rough drive towards Shinkhu la, later a smooth drive hence till certain part of jouney of Sarchu.
Morning after breakfast leave for Tsomoriri, pass through Pang. Enroute stop over at Tsokar & Puga (Sulphur Mine) and Polakongka pass 15892 ft,Arrival at korzok by evening. O/N Tsomoriri lake.
Morning after breakfast leave for Hanle, via Mahe Bridge & Nyoma route, Hanle, is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory one of the highest observatory in the world known for star gazing. As per history, it is believed that King Singge Namgyal died here at Hanle while on his return from an expedition on Mongols. Enjoy the stay with locals at local guest house/homestay. O/N Hanle.
Morning after breakfast leave for visit to Umlingla Pass (19,300 ft, Highest Motorable road in the world) back to hanle, later leave for Pangong lake, at Mann Village by enroute crossing Loma Bend, Tsaga La and Rizingla n crossing Chuscul village, arrival at Mann village few portion of road is rugged, but the journey is beautiful. Arrival at Camp. Rest at Leisure at Pangong. O/N Mann Village.
Morning after breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, by visiting the Shooting Point at Pangong Lake, later by crossing Tangstey, Durbuk Villages via Agam Road taking the Shayok river. Post lunch, leave for Sand Dunes, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which is found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley
Morning after breakfast drive back to Leh, drive of 5 – 6 Hrs by crossing Khardungla Pass – 2 nd Highest Motorable road in the world. Arrival at Ladakh Sarai. Evening at Leisure or spend in Leh Local Market.
After a leisurely breakfast leave for Leh city half day tour, to visit the Spituk Gompa, Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Shanti Stupa, , Leh Palace, and Leh market. Later day at Leisure & rest. O/N Leh
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
